By accessing and using the SMARTZONE website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

SMARTZONE provides website development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.

Each project's scope, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Any changes or additions to the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised timelines.

Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required to complete the project in a timely manner.

Project pricing is as quoted in the selected plan or custom proposal. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, will be specified in the project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final deployment.

The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information, respond to communications promptly, review deliverables within agreed timeframes, and make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays caused by the client may result in extended project timelines and may incur additional charges for re-scheduling or re-work.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and content provided by the client. SMARTZONE retains the right to display the project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks used in the development process remain under their respective licenses.

We warrant that our websites will be built to industry standards and will function as described in the project agreement. However, we are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, server outages, or modifications made by the client after deployment.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Due to the custom nature of our services, advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
